Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and ZGen Solution ("ZGen Solution", "we", "us" or "our") and govern your use of our mobile games, apps and website (the "Services"). By downloading, installing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Services, or use them with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

2. License to Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our games on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment only, and in accordance with the usage rules of Google Play or the Apple App Store.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or create derivative works of the Services, except where allowed by law;
• use cheats, hacks, bots, mods or any unauthorized software, or exploit bugs;
• interfere with, block or manipulate advertisements, or generate fake ad clicks or impressions;
• use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
• sell, rent, sublicense or distribute the Services or any in-game items.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

4. Advertising

Our games are free and supported by advertising provided by third-party networks, including Google AdMob, AppLovin MAX, Unity Ads, Meta Audience Network, Mintegral, Pangle, Yandex and other partners. Ads may be personalized based on your consent and device settings, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Some games offer optional rewarded ads that you can choose to watch in exchange for in-game rewards. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for products and services offered by advertisers.

5. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items

• Some games may offer in-app purchases such as virtual currency, items or a "Remove Ads" option. All purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple and are subject to their terms and refund policies.
• Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are licensed (not sold) to you for use within the game.
• Refund requests must be made through Google Play or Apple according to their policies, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
• Progress and virtual items may be lost if you uninstall the game, change devices or reset app data, unless the game offers a cloud save feature.

6. Third-Party Services

The Services use third-party services such as Google Play Services, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Remote Config and advertising networks. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, content or websites.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services and all related content — including games, code, graphics, characters, music, sounds, text, logos and the "ZGen Solution" name — are owned by ZGen Solution or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

8. Updates and Changes to the Services

We may update, change, suspend or discontinue any game or feature at any time, including by releasing updates that you may need to install to keep using the game. Game settings may be adjusted remotely (for example via Firebase Remote Config) to improve balance and performance.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZGen Solution will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

11. Additional Terms for Apple App Store Users

If you downloaded a game from the Apple App Store, you also agree that:

• These Terms are between you and ZGen Solution only, not Apple Inc. ("Apple"), and ZGen Solution — not Apple — is solely responsible for the game and its content.
• Your license is limited to use on Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the game.
• If the game fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• ZGen Solution, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the game, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection and intellectual property claims.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as "terrorist supporting", and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

12. Additional Terms for Google Play Users

If you downloaded a game from Google Play, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not responsible for the game or these Terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling our games. We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be subject to the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan, except where the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring claims in your local courts. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory local law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
