Privacy Policy

ZGen Solution ("ZGen Solution", "we", "us" or "our") develops and publishes mobile games for Android and iOS. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use our games, apps and website (together, the "Services"), how it is used and shared, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to all games published by ZGen Solution on Google Play and the Apple App Store, unless a game has its own privacy policy.

By using our Services you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Services.

1. Information We Collect

Our games generally do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, postal address or phone number to play. The information collected falls into these categories:

1.1 Information collected automatically

• Device identifiers: advertising identifiers such as the Android Advertising ID (AAID/GAID) and, only if you allow it, Apple's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA); the Identifier for Vendors (IDFV); and app instance / Firebase installation IDs.
• Device and technical information: device model and manufacturer, operating system and version, language, time zone, screen size, network type, mobile carrier, app version and SDK versions.
• Approximate location: coarse location (country/region/city) derived from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location.
• IP address.
• Usage and gameplay data: game sessions, levels played, in-game events, feature usage, time spent, and interactions with advertisements (impressions, clicks, installs).
• Diagnostics: crash logs and performance data used to fix bugs and improve stability.

1.2 Information you provide

• If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the content of your message.
• If a game offers in-app purchases, payments are processed entirely by Google Play or Apple. We do not receive or store your card or payment details; we only receive a purchase confirmation needed to deliver the item.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive information such as health data, contacts, photos, messages, precise location, or government identifiers.

2. How We Use Information

• To operate, maintain and provide the features of our games.
• To show advertisements, including personalized ads where you have given consent or where permitted by law, and non-personalized ads otherwise.
• To measure ad performance, prevent ad fraud and cap how often you see the same ad.
• To understand how players use our games (analytics) and improve gameplay, balance and content.
• To remotely configure game settings and run experiments (A/B tests) using Firebase Remote Config.
• To detect, diagnose and fix crashes, bugs and security issues.
• To respond to support requests and communicate with you.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.

3. Third-Party Services and Advertising Partners

Our games are free to play and are supported by advertising. We use the following third-party services, which may collect and process information described in Section 1 directly from your device under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them:

Through mediation platforms (Google AdMob, AppLovin MAX and Unity LevelPlay) we may also work with other advertising networks from time to time. Google's list of ad technology providers is available here. These partners may use cookies, SDKs and similar technologies to deliver, measure and personalize ads, and may combine information with data collected from other apps and websites. We do not control how these third parties use information and are not responsible for their privacy practices.

4. Personalized Advertising and Your Choices

• Consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland and other regions where required): Before personalized ads are shown, our games display a consent message using a Google-certified Consent Management Platform that supports the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework and Google Consent Mode. You can accept, reject or customize your choices, and change them at any time from the game's settings or privacy options menu where available.
• US state privacy laws: Where required, we honor opt-outs of targeted advertising, the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, and Global Privacy Platform (GPP) signals.
• Android: You can reset or delete your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads, depending on your device).
• iOS (App Tracking Transparency): On iOS 14.5 and later, we ask for your permission before accessing the IDFA or tracking you across apps and websites owned by other companies. If you decline, we will not track you and you will see non-personalized ads. You can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
• Remove ads: If a game offers a paid "Remove Ads" option, purchasing it stops interstitial and banner ads in that game.

If you opt out of personalized ads you will still see ads, but they will be less relevant to you.

5. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR / UK GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we process personal data on the following legal bases: consent (personalized advertising and non-essential analytics where required); performance of a contract (providing the game and in-app purchases); legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, crash reporting, improving our games and showing non-personalized ads); and legal obligation.

6. How We Share Information

We share information only as follows:

• With the service providers and advertising partners listed in Section 3, for the purposes described in this policy.
• When required by law, regulation, court order or government request.
• To protect the rights, safety and property of ZGen Solution, our players or others, and to prevent fraud.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.

We do not sell personal information for money. However, sharing device identifiers and usage data with advertising partners for targeted advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under certain US state laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA). You can opt out as described in Section 4 or by contacting us.

7. Children's Privacy

Our games are intended for a general audience and are not directed primarily to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, such as 16 in parts of the EEA) without verifiable parental consent, in line with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), GDPR and the Google Play Families Policy.

• Where a game may be played by children, we use age-screening where appropriate and, for users identified as children, we disable personalized advertising and tracking, tag ad requests as child-directed (e.g. tag_for_child_directed_treatment) and use only ad networks certified under Google Play's Families Self-Certified Ads SDK Program.
• Any game that we list in the Google Play "Designed for Families" program or the Apple "Kids" category complies with those programs' specific requirements, including restrictions on ads and data collection.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at zgensolution.developer@gmail.com and we will delete it.

8. Data Retention

We keep information only as long as necessary for the purposes in this policy. Analytics data in Google Analytics for Firebase is retained for up to 14 months. Support emails are kept for as long as needed to resolve your request. Third-party partners retain data according to their own policies.

9. Your Rights and Data Deletion

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

How to request deletion: Our games do not require an account. To delete data associated with your device, you can (1) uninstall the game, (2) reset your advertising ID as described in Section 4, and (3) email us at zgensolution.developer@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request", the game name, and your device's advertising ID or app instance ID if available. We will respond within 30 days. To request deletion of data held by an advertising partner, you may also contact that partner directly using the links in Section 3.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS) between our games and our service providers. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

11. International Data Transfers

ZGen Solution is based in Pakistan, and our service providers may process information in the United States, the European Union, Singapore and other countries. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

12. Permissions

Our games request only the device permissions needed for them to work, such as internet access, network state and the advertising ID permission (com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID) on Android. We do not access your camera, microphone, contacts, photos or precise location unless a specific game clearly needs it and asks for your permission first.

13. Consistency with Store Disclosures

The information in this policy is consistent with the Data Safety section on Google Play and the App Privacy ("nutrition label") details on the Apple App Store for each of our games. If a specific game collects additional data, that will be disclosed on its store listing.

14. Links to Other Sites

Ads and our Services may contain links to third-party websites or apps. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date, and where changes are significant we will provide notice within our games.
